HOW IT WORKS
1. GET IN TOUCH!
So you found me! Yay! I'm so glad to hear from you! You've had a wee look through my work and you're wondering if we could be a good fit. What's next? At this stage I'd love to meet you, either over Skype or in a person - coffee's on me! We'll go through your plans for the day, discuss timeline options and you can ask me any questions at all!
2. SIGNED, SEALED, DELIVERED, I’M YOURS!
I made the cut? Fab! Let's finalize the paperwork and seal the deal. At this stage I'll send you a wedding photography contract, invoice and questionare. It's all online and super easy to use - saving the trees one contract at a time! As soon as you've signed up and paid the 25% deposit, we'll be 100% confirmed - WOOHOO!
3. IT’S A PLAN
At this stage your wedding's anywhere between three months and two years away. People book me at all different times and stages of planning! During this in between stage, we'll keep in touch discussing plans and timelines. I'm here for anything you need - just thinking of me as an extra bridesmaid behind the scenes, helping you plan your day.
4. THE ENGAGEMENT SHOOT
There are so many reasons to have an engagement shoot. The main one being it's a great practice to get you comfortable in front of the camera - and with me - before the big day! Together we can plan a location and style for your shoot. It might be somewhere special to you as a couple, or just somewhere scenic in your area. You might want to travel for it, or stay right at home. We'll make a plan that work for you and get shooting!
5. TWO WEEKS TO GO!
At this stage I'll send you an email confirming all the details and timings for the day. I'll get you to provide a short list of group shots (I recommend a maximum of ten combinations to minimise cat herding and boredom!) This way we're focusing on the important shots and getting you back to the fun of the day as quickly as possible!
6. THE BIG DAY!!
You did it! You planned your dream wedding and now all you have to is relax and enjoy the day. You’ll be a Bride-chilla just like Kate here and I'll be there carrying out our plans and helping in any way I can to make sure you have the best day of your lives!
7. SNEAK PEEK!
1-2 days after your wedding, you’ll receive a very special little email from me. This gem will have a link to your online gallery contain a sneak peek of 15-30 images from the day. i take a small collection from each aspect of the day so you can reminisce and share with your family and friends - So exciting!!
8. CHECK THE MAIL! IT’S YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHS
3-4 Weeks after your wedding date you will receive a slideshow from me. This is a short impressionistic snippit of the day from start to finish which may or may not bring a tear to your eye! So sit back, pop open a bottle of wine and relive your day together all over again.
Shortly after, you’ll receive a link to your full Online Gallery of wedding photographs. This contains 600+ fully edited photographs from your very special day which you can pour over with your friends and family again and again.
The final piece of the puzzle comes in the post! You’ll soon find a little package with a USB containing you full resolution wedding photographs. Store this in a special place and make copies! This is the real deal, the ones you can print big and put on your wall for generations to enjoy!
ALBUMS, JOURNALS & PRINTS!
Your photographs are made to be printed! Please don’t keep them on your USB never to be seen again. Print them, enjoy them and show them off!
