Fairytale Castle Wedding Inspiration
Ever wondered what it would be link to get married in a castle? Well read on pals, because this shoot was a stunner! The ultimate in fairytale castle wedding inspiration, this colourful wedding photography shoot at Chiddingstone Castle was an absolute dream! With a colour palette of bright pinks, reds and gold, this shoot provided pops of colour against a magical castle backdrop. We explored sections of the Kent castle including some gorgeous doorways, epic wallpapered interiors and flower walls. Ok, enough faffing, let’s get on and show you these gorgeous castle wedding photographs!
Ok let’s start with Perissa and Willis. Well there’s not really much to say except they are absolute fire! I can’t even explain to you how gorgeous, and inspiring these two were to work with, They brought their A-game to every session and owned every image. Castle? What castle? Sorry I was too distracted by this gorgeous sexy couple bringing all the feels to their wedding photography shoot! The Orome’s (Perissa and Willis) were married a little while ago and as beautiful as it was, it rained on their actual wedding day. I mean proper torrential rain! So this shoot was a great opportunity to get some wedding photographs on a sunny day in Kent! Plus, you know, there were an amazing list of suppliers involved and a gorgeous castle. Did I mention the castle already?! You have to understand, for us kiwis, castles are pretty exciting! We don’t get those over in NZ and i felt like such a fairytale dream being able to shoot in and around Chiddingstone Castles’ beautiful grounds.
While the Oromes’ had a breather, I then had the pleasure of working with the lovely Abigail! She had the modelling down to a fine art and we explored a few different areas around the castle. With amazing jewellery by Hermione Harbutt she really rocked the colourful wedding jewellery look. I mean look at that headpiece! With beautiful doorways and eic florals, our shoot with Abigail took fairytale castle wedding inspiration to a whole new level!
More of the Orome’s you say? These two got their fire on again and bought all the sexy colourful romantic feels to the castle that afternoon! We got a bit more relaxed, edgy and high fashion with this gorgeous red wedding dress by Emma Beaumont
And That’s a wrap! Ok, full disclosure… this is actually just a sneak peek. I have so many more amazing images to edit! But I wanted to show these off in the meantime as I’ve had so much amazing feedback already! It seems that colourful wedding photography inspiration at a fairytale castle is what the people want!
